Community Guidelines

BiKhialesh is built on anonymity and on writing with the active words. These Guidelines keep it safe and usable for everyone. Breaking them can lead to your content being removed and your account being restricted, suspended, or banned. They apply equally to anonymous posts.

Write in good faith

Use the active words to say something real. Don't post spam, mass-repeated text, scams, or content designed only to game the word gate or rankings.

No harassment or threats

Do not harass, bully, threaten, or incite violence against anyone. Do not post non-consensual intimate images, sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way — such content is removed as soon as we become aware of it and, where the law requires it, reported to the authorities.

Nothing illegal

Do not use BiKhialesh to break the law: no content that is illegal under applicable EU law, no facilitating crime, no selling prohibited goods. Anonymity protects you from other users; it is not cover for illegal activity, and we act on unlawful content when it is reported to us or we become aware of it.

No hate

Do not attack people based on ethnicity, nationality, religion or lack of it, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics. Robust debate is welcome; dehumanising people is not.

No impersonation

Being anonymous is fine; pretending to be a specific real person or organisation to deceive others is not. Do not impersonate BiKhialesh, its team, or other users.

No doxxing or private information

Do not publish anyone's private information without their consent — home or work address, phone number, identity documents, private photos or messages, account credentials, or anything else that could identify or locate a person who has not made it public. This applies even when the information is accurate, and it applies to anonymous posts too. Threatening to expose someone is treated the same as doing it.

Self-harm: your pain is welcome, promotion is not

BiKhialesh is a place to vent, and talking about your own pain — including thoughts of self-harm — does not break the rules. What is forbidden is encouraging, glorifying, or giving instructions for self-harm or suicide, or telling another person to hurt themselves. Such content is removed as soon as we become aware of it. BiKhialesh is not a crisis or emergency service; if you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

No terrorism or dangerous instructions

Do not promote, praise, or support terrorism or organised violence, and do not post instructions for making or obtaining weapons or explosives, carrying out attacks, or committing serious crimes. Such content is removed as soon as we become aware of it and, where the law requires it, reported to the competent authorities.

Don't attack the platform

Do not scrape the service or access it with automated tools beyond what we openly allow, distribute malware, use someone else's credentials, or evade a suspension or ban with a new account. Do not attempt to manipulate our safety and moderation systems — including writing posts designed to trick automated review. A manipulation attempt is itself a violation, whatever the post's content.

Anonymity and its limits

We treat anonymity as a core feature and a safety matter, and we resist needless attempts to unmask users. But anonymity has limits: it does not permit harassment, illegal content, or abuse, and where the law genuinely compels disclosure we will assess any request carefully and narrowly. Protect your own anonymity too — think before sharing details that could identify you or others.

Tags and topics

Use hashtags and topics honestly so others can find relevant posts. Don't stuff unrelated or misleading tags to manipulate reach.

Reporting content (notice and action)

If you see content that breaks these Guidelines, report it from the post's menu. For content you consider illegal, you can also email [email protected] with: an explanation of why you consider the content illegal; the exact link (URL) to the content; your name and email address — not required if your report concerns material you suspect involves the sexual abuse of a minor; and a statement that you believe in good faith your report is accurate and complete. Under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act we operate a notice-and-action mechanism: we confirm receipt, review notices without undue delay, act where appropriate, and inform you of the outcome, the reasons, and how to contest the decision. Reporting in good faith never counts against you; knowingly false reports may.
