Copyright and intellectual-property notices
Last updated: 2026-08-22
BiKhialesh respects intellectual-property rights and acts on substantiated notices of infringement. If you own a copyright or other IP right and believe content here infringes it, you can send us a removal notice. This procedure implements the notice-and-action duties of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and applicable EU and Dutch copyright law. We act on sufficiently precise and substantiated notices and may restrict repeat infringers.
Sending a takedown notice
Email [email protected] or use the form below, including: the work you say is infringed and the basis on which you hold or represent the rights; the exact link (URL) to the content on BiKhialesh; your name and email address; an explanation of why the content infringes your rights; and a statement that you believe in good faith your notice is accurate and complete. We review notices without undue delay and act where justified. Where the law requires, we will confirm receipt and inform you of the outcome. You can ask about the status of your notice at any time via [email protected]. Incomplete notices may delay our response, and knowingly false notices can make you liable for the resulting damage.
Disputing a removal
If your content was removed after an intellectual-property notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or your use is lawful, write to [email protected] describing the content, where it appeared, and why you believe the removal was wrong. We review disputes fairly, taking both sides' statements into account, and may restore content where the removal proves unjustified. You can ask about the status of a dispute at any time via [email protected].
Where to send notices
